When I first joined the company, I got more than what I bargained for. 5 bosses. Opportunity to learn 5 great mentors. Through them I learn so much about the business principles which become the strong foundation of Sekar Group I learn so much about life wisdom our chairman, Mr Harry Susilo.

回想剛加盟該公司時(shí)，我就意外收獲了很多，即公司的五位老板，有機(jī)會向這五位偉大導(dǎo)師學(xué)習(xí)。從他們身上，我學(xué)到了許多商業(yè)規(guī)則，而這些也都成為了實(shí)嘉集團(tuán)堅(jiān)實(shí)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí)，從我們董事長Harry Susilo先生那里還學(xué)會了更多的人生哲理和處世智慧。

Our chairman Susilo once said:" A great leader has to know about history cause when you drink water, you have to know it comes ."

我們董事長Susilo先生曾經(jīng)說過，一個(gè)杰出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)需要懂歷史，因?yàn)榫拖衲泔嬎畱?yīng)該知道水源在哪里一樣，需要追本溯源。

When I met chairman Jin Wellhope, he told me that he's a professor in animal science. But I think he is a prof in history. That's when I believe that he's a great leader of a great company.

初見禾豐集團(tuán)金董事長之時(shí)，他告訴我他是一名動物科學(xué)專家，然而我更覺得他是一名歷史學(xué)教授，也就在那時(shí)，我更堅(jiān)信他是一位頂間公司的偉大領(lǐng)袖。

Sekar Group have great foundation business principles. We have been running far we started. It takes two to tango, it also takes a couple of wings to fly. This JV will only bring 2 great companies together but also combine local knowledge, network, experience with strong R&D, innovation stern quality control together. With this new Joint Venture, we can learn to fly.
